What are Little Boxes?

Little Boxes NYC offers a curated selection of small-batch homemade treats available for shipping and pickup. Our recipes are inspired by seasonal ingredients, family recipes, and upcoming holidays and rotate regularly.

Perfect as gifts for others or even just a sweet treat for yourself. Get inspired! Orders ship within NY State and are available for pickup from our Brooklyn home bakeshop. More information please checkout our Shipping & Pickup page.

What makes these treats so special?

Research shows that there is a direct link between parts of the brain responsible for taste and memory. At Little Boxes NYC, our treats aim to blend nostalgic flavors with the kind of unexpected twist that is bound to create new memories.

Our all natural treats have no preservatives and no additives. We proudly bake premium-quality, seasonal, local ingredients into each batch. Little Boxes NYC takes pride in everything we produce, no matter what size. Every item is baked to order, packaged with care (and flair!), and delivered fresh.

Do you do custom orders?

We would love to collaborate with you to make custom Little Boxes that perfectly suit your needs and enhance the theme of any event or cookie lover’s dream! We offer a range of packaging options, including catering trays as well as individually packaged treats, perfect for event take-aways, client gifts, etc.

To get everything just right for our customers, we request at least 1 to 2 weeks advance notice for smaller orders (2-4 dozen) and at least 2 to 3 weeks for larger orders (5+ dozen) to secure ingredients and confirm delivery details.

Do you offer gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy free, or vegan options?

Unfortunately not at this time, but as our business grows we hope to expand our offerings.

What days do you deliver?

At this time, we are solely offering shipping and pickup options. When you check out, you'll be given the option to select your shipping date.

We offer delivery once a week and hope to expand soon!

Are you looking to place multiple orders for delivery to different addresses? Please place separate orders for each.

What days do you ship?

We currently offer weekly shipping. NY State customers receive $7 Flat rate shipping.

Each batch is baked fresh and will be shipped on Wednesdays. When you check out, you'll be given the option to select your shipping date. All orders must be placed by midnight ET on the preceding Sunday.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guarantees, we do not offer shipping refunds if the package is not delivered within the estimated window.

What is Cottage Law?

Cottage Law or Home Processor Exemption allows us to prepare food in our home kitchen. We follow food safety policies and procedures according to New York State’s guidelines. Our Home Processor ID is 9573.

I have allergy concerns…

While not all of our products contain nuts, they are all made on the same equipment and may contain traces of nuts. Our products are homemade on the same equipment that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, soy, and wheat. We are NOT a nut-free facility.

Simply put, we use the following common allergy related ingredients: Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Cashews, Macadamia, and/or Hazelnuts), Milk, Butter, and Soy.

I have COVID concerns…

Oh friend, we do too! We abide by state and federal precautions when preparing and delivering our boxes. Each of our treats are individually wrapped for freshness, ideal for COVID-friendly, socially-distanced outdoor events. Our delivery persons all wear proper PPE and only offer contactless delivery. We expect our customers to respect state and federal guidelines when interacting with us as well.

Do you sell at events or collaborate with other vendors?

How long do Little Box contents last?

On average, each Little Box has a freshness life of 6-7 days as long as contents remain in their packaging or in an air-tight container, and also are not exposed to extreme heat or extreme cold.
